Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of our mistake.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details, and we will investigate the matter.
