Our team processes orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, ensuring your carefully selected items are packed with protective materials to withstand transit. Whether you're ordering performance-driven footwear for active lifestyles or stylish everyday options, our logistics partners guarantee reliable handling from warehouse to doorstep.

Shipping Timeframe

Processing typically completes within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery durations vary based on destination and carrier capacity. Domestic shipments generally arrive within 5-7 business days, while international deliveries may require 10-20 business days. Seasonal peaks or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally extend these estimates, but we proactively monitor all shipments for timely resolution.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders totaling $0-$60
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies automatically to orders over $60

Shipping Regions

Currently serving North America, the European Union, and select Asian countries. Some remote locations or islands may incur additional delivery charges. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to embargoed regions or countries with strict import restrictions on footwear. During checkout, our system automatically validates your address for serviceability.

Order Tracking

Within 24 hours of shipment dispatch, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. This allows real-time monitoring through our partners' logistics portals. For consolidated orders with multiple items, separate tracking numbers may be issued. Should any tracking information appear delayed or unclear, our customer service team can provide status updates upon request.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While delivery delays are rare, they may occur due to customs inspections, weather disruptions, or carrier logistical challenges. If your package hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact [email protected] with your order number. For lost shipments confirmed by the carrier, we'll initiate either a replacement (subject to stock availability) or full refund within 14 business days.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by their country's regulations. These fees are determined by local authorities and vary based on product value and category. We recommend consulting your national customs office for specific duty rates before ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot legally undervalue shipments or alter product classifications to reduce these charges.
